Let's see what happened over the past weeks: -Runic key (floor 100 Nyzul). -Got askar body x2 in Nyzul (minus a ton of tokens). -Upgraded AF+1 DRG hands. -Got Dynamins-Beaucedine access 4 years late. -Unlocked Drakesbane (me) & Expiación, Mystic Boon, and Death Blossom (Kaz). -Got a Joyeuse for Kaz, thus breaking one of our oldest FFXI curses D: -Switched to San d'Oria_S (more on this in a different entry). What should happen within the next weeks: -Find an Einherjar LS. -Stop being 0/12 on Imperial Wootz Ingots. -Make Bloodlapper drop my Vicious Mufflers. -Make Nyzul bosses drop anything at all. What should never happen ever again: -Die 3 times within one hour while trying to solo as SCH because of lag and/or phone calls. Tags: makenshi

The dollar needs to go down by December so my next trip to the US doesn't end costing like 1800€. QQ. Also, I've been playing FFIV. Just entered the last dungeon and everything is pwning me because I'm so underleveled. So much for haxxoring Augments. Grind-fest incoming, because I don't want to end up quitting here, especially since this was where I left the game at when I played the PSX/SNES version. The game's pretty fun, but I don't think I'll be replaying the New Game+ mode. I still want to finish FFTA2 and at my current speed I won't be done by the time the new Chocobo DS games are released. On a totally unrelated subject, I hope we can get floor 100 Nyzul done and our runic keys today. Wonder what we'll do after that. Spam lv20/40/60/80/100 for bosses, I guess. I think we want... goliard feet x2, denali feet x3, askar pants x2, a couple random gloves, askar body x3, goliard body x2, and askar/goliard head x2. I might post a spreadsheet later since I'll make one to keep track of what we need to kill, lol. Then we also need random weapons but I'm sure we'll be done with those before we're done getting armor. Aaaand after that, I dunno. Well today marks the first month that I've been going to college for the Fall 08 Semester. To summarize, I've been exceedingly tired because of taking 17 credit hours and working this semester. The biggest problem I have right now is how I don't have my license yet, so I have to get rides to school from my friend who has classes 1-2 hours before mine. So, I get home after 9 2 nights a week, then I have to wake up at 6 AM the next day. So far I've felt really off since classes have started, I don't know what's wrong me. I'm feeling a lot better at work, I feel a lot more confident with the things I have to do, so it helps not to feel this constant nervousness of not knowing how do deal with customers. It was really overwhelming at first for me, but now I've realized that it's not so bad. Now that I've finally been able to *do* things, instead of just being shown how to, which was how my employer decided to "train" me. I've felt really overwhelmed in my Composition class because of the massive amounts of things we have to read for each class (we're focusing on 2 different books mainly). At first I was trying to finish everything, but I've found that I just could not keep up with it along with the reading I needed to do in my other classes. However, I think that things are starting to relax a bit now. My composition class is actually a seminar which ties into my Liberal Sciences class. So far, pretty much everyone doesn't pay attention in LIBS because well, nobody has. I was under the impression that our grade in the class was based off papers (sort of like the composition class), however there's actually a midterm on Oct. 21 on the first 9 chapters of another book and some slides. So yeah, a lot of the people in the class are freaking out about this, and I hope I'm going to have the time to go over the material. My history class has been going well, I got 100% on the paper we had to turn in for the class and did well on the quiz we had last class. I got one wrong because I put a different letter than what I meant to, which made me mad, but I'm not too worried about it. The professor of that class is interesting to me too. One of ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) locano 's friends is in that class with me, but I haven't talked to her. My math class is extremely boring and they feel really long, which might be contributed by how it's my last class of the day and at night. The first test threw me off a lot because it was really extensive and covered everything we went over, which I wasn't expecting. I didn't really get a chance to study for it,or even do the homework because of my other classes. Homework isn't ever *due* in the class, so I've been pushing its priority back and back after all of my other classes. So the grade that I got from that test stressed me out, especially since I thought I did better. At least now I know that his tests are really specific, although I wish I had known before I took it. Chemistry has been mostly review up until now. The lectures are really useless to me because the professor never gets through all we need to, and his explanations of things hasn't helped me at all. I am, however, a little annoyed with the homework in this class though. It's an online thing, where you type in answers and it tells you if you're right or wrong, which is all well and good, except sometimes you'll be really ridiculously close to the answer, and it won't accept it.  Okay, so I haven't gotten the fuzzy helm *just* quite yet. But by some stroke of luck, two pairs of the level 55 pants that Mak and I needed were on the AH this afternoon. We grabbed them and went back out to Bostaunieux Oubliette, we ended up getting really close to 56 but we didn't quite make it before Mak had to go. Jaridah has always been a set I've been in love with, I really wish the pants and boots had better stats than they do. Afterwards Quinth and I decided to head over to Quicksand Caves to camp the Shaman's Cloak and Various Stone Spells NM, but one of her friends was already there camping it. We looked for the coffer and the ??? you touch to get the item to spawn the Tungi NM (Want the axe for BST). Well, I got the coffer, so that's another map to cross off the list. I didn't feel like sitting around waiting for the ??? to spawn though so I just logged to do some GPing. Tags: beastmaster, equipment, kazukas, leveling
